About Us
We are a group of Hatha Yoga Teachers, classically trained with over 1750 hours of instruction from the Sadhguru Gurukulam Classical Hatha Yoga School, based in Coimbatore, India.
We are offering this Hatha Yoga Wave because we recognize the tremendous value of classical yoga to the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
