Hatha Yoga Wave for Earth Day

One Power. One Planet. One Wave of Wellbeing.

On this Earth Day, Classical Hatha Yoga teachers trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam are coming together once again across the Americas to offer a powerful, unified experience of wellbeing.

This time we’re coming together for a 1-hour session on April 22, to engage in Classical Hatha Yoga practices and a unique Conscious Planet process to get in tune with the earth and the five elements.

Following the first Hatha Yoga Wave on March 21, this second wave is online, making it more accessible than ever.

Rooted in the timeless science of Classical Hatha Yoga, this initiative brings people together across borders for a shared inner experience, because individual wellbeing and planetary wellbeing are deeply connected, and this can be experienced through the practice of yoga.

  • Guided Classical Hatha Yoga practices:

    • Directional Movement of the Arms: Brings ease, strengh and flexibility to the joints and muscles

    • Shambhavi Mudra: Simple meditation practice

    • The Conscious Planet Process: A powerful process for inner balance and connection

No prior yoga experience is required.

EXPERIENCE YOUR CONNECTION TO THE EARTH & FIVE ELEMENTS

As Sadhguru says, this body is soil, it’s just a pop-up of the planet. As we become more aware that our body is just a piece of this planet, we become more in tune with the earth that we are walking upon.

As we become more in tune with the planet, we become more aware of how to care for our soil and Mother Earth. The science of Hatha Yoga is one way of tapping into this awareness.

As part of the Save Soil movement, Sadhguru has offered a unique process to become aware that we are a part of a conscious, living planet and this will be offered during the Earth Day Wave.
